Trust rebranding
CPMM Media Group has proudly partnered with Rainford High for over a decade, delivering comprehensive PR, marketing, and design support. We are seen as a trusted extension of the school’s team, and have formed great relationships with senior leaders, teachers and non-teaching staff.
Originally a single-academy trust, Rainford High was the founding member of Rainford Academies Trust. In 2021, as the educational landscape evolved, the Trust rebranded to become the Everyone Matters Schools Trust – a name chosen to reflect its inclusive vision and to support the expansion of the Trust to welcome new schools.
The new name was inspired by Rainford High’s core ethos: ‘Everyone Matters, Everyone Helps, Everyone Succeeds’, which is also the Trust’s. CPMM was tasked with developing a brand identity that visually captured this philosophy, drawing on the symbolism of the tree of life to represent growth, connection, and community.
Aims
The rebrand from Rainford Academies Trust to Everyone Matters Schools Trust marked a significant milestone in the Trust’s evolution.
CPMM led the communications and branding strategy, with clear aims to:
1. Raise awareness of the Trust’s new name and identity across key audiences, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of its purpose and vision.
2. Build trust and strengthen reputation in preparation for future growth and the inclusion of new schools within the Trust.
3. Engage key stakeholders through consistent, values-led messaging that supported the rebrand and reflected the ethos of ‘Everyone Matters, Everyone Helps, Everyone Succeeds’.
These goals guided every stage of the campaign, from brand development to stakeholder communications.
Results / impact
The rebrand of Rainford Academies Trust to Everyone Matters Schools Trust successfully strengthened the Trust’s identity, increased stakeholder engagement, and supported its strategic goal of growth.
Since the launch, the Trust has seen an increase in engagement across key channels. Website visits rose significantly following the launch of the new Trust website, with improved user experience and clearer messaging contributing to longer visit durations and increased return traffic.
The campaign was closely aligned with the Trust’s strategic goals. It provided a strong platform for expansion, enabling smoother onboarding of new schools and fostering confidence among potential partners. With consistent branding, targeted PR support, and improved visibility, the Trust is now well-positioned to continue growing while staying true to its core ethos: ‘Everyone Matters, Everyone Helps, Everyone Succeeds’.
