Multi-channel approach delivers record numbers
The objective
To create a marketing campaign to attract prospective pupils and their parents to attend the St John Bosco Arts College open evening.
The strategy
As a Catholic school with distinctive Salesian roots, the campaign needed to reflect the school’s ethos and values while promoting it as a first-choice school.
We planned to create a multi-channel marketing campaign using a full range of the marketing mix for maximum impact. We chose a mix of social media marketing, print advertising, public relations, and outdoor marketing to captivate the attention of prospective pupils both online and offline.
The campaign
We developed a campaign concept that centred on the idea of welcoming people into the school while remaining synonymous with the school’s iconic branding.
Using high-quality imagery and video footage, we created a catalogue of marketing materials for use digitally and in print. All marketing materials needed to be cohesive and accurately represent the school with clear messaging and a call to action.
Social media ads, print adverts and external banners were used during the same period, ensuring the campaign would grab the audience’s attention whether they were browsing online or flicking through a magazine.
