Meet our people

CPMM Media Group is a senior team of communications and creative professionals with more than 60 years’ combined experience across PR, crisis communications, marketing, design, and visual storytelling through videography and photography.

We are used to fast-paced environments where clear thinking and communication really matter, from day-to-day reputation building through to high-pressure situations where clarity, judgement and timing make a real difference. Alongside this, we bring wider advisory experience in board-level, governance and compliance environments, which strengthens our strategic credentials.

As a closely connected senior team, we are involved in both the thinking and the delivery of our work. That means staying directly involved in shaping ideas, refining direction, and ensuring consistency and quality at all times.

We are a collaborative team, and very much open in our thinking. We value clarity over complexity, strong ideas over unnecessary noise, and communication that is carefully considered and well executed.

A lot of our experience comes from working within the education sector, alongside a wide range of other industries. This has given us a strong understanding of different stakeholder expectations, organisational pressures, and the importance of clear, effective messaging and creative delivery across every channel.

Outside of work, you’ll find us reading, walking, running, playing golf, and importantly, taking time away from screens to reset and keep perspective.
